3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same invoice or service, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

3.2 Services Not Yet Started

If a project or consultation has not yet begun and no resources have been assigned, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment.

3.3 Unable to Provide Services

If Everpath Partners is unable to deliver the agreed consulting services due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Refund requests may only apply to future work that has not yet begun.
